Kim Vo Turned Kandee's Mom Blonde!

Kandee took her mom to be turned blonde by Kim Vo!!! I Love Kim Vo in this video he cracks me up! (especially at the end of the video!)

    Very interesting change....bot sure why someone older would want to go blond....I think her darker hair makes her look younger? Just my opinion. :-)
