Today I went for a quick grocery run, and when I was checking out, I saw the New Cinderella Diamonds addition on DVD.  Without even thinking I grabbed it! I loved watching Cinderella when I was  little (and it was my brother's favorite movie when he was little too, although I don't think he would admit that today)  I Love Love Cinderella, and the makeup and nail polish inspired by this fairy tale. Sephora has a whole Cinderella collection that I of course want want want!!!  So you know what I am doing tonight! I am watching this classic while doing my nails! Cinderella and nail polish = Holly Quinn Heaven.

L'OREAL and URBAN DECAY???

I just heard word from a fellow blogger that L'OREAL announced today that they made an agreement with Urban Decay Cosmetics.  Although, this may be a very exciting time, I hope  that this change doesn't mean we will be saying good bye to the impeccable quality of Urban Decay's products specifically the eye primer and shadow. I say congrats to L'OREAL, but please please don't change anything!  Here is  tribute to Urban Decay.

REMEMBER! REMEMBER! REMEMBER use a Base Coat and Top Coat!!! the Base coat is like a primer for your polish it makes your manicure last longer and it prevents the polish from staining your nails.  The top coat prevents the polish from chipping and it adds shine.  If you do not like shine, and you want to rock out the new matte trend, there are matte top coats! try Essie's Matte About You top coat.  It make any shiny polish matte!
